What we do with what you send us.
This website collects only what you type into a form. There are no advertising trackers, no analytics scripts and no cookies used to follow you around the internet.
What we collect
Whatever you enter in an enquiry, service or newsletter form: typically your name, your email address, your company, and the message or answers you give. Service enquiry forms also record which service you were reading, so the right team replies.
You are never asked for financial account details, identity documents or payment information anywhere on this site.
What we do with it
Enquiries are emailed to connect@skpgroup.net and answered by the relevant team at SKP Group, BPO World Ltd or SKP Carbon. We keep the correspondence so we can follow up on the work you asked about.
Ticking the newsletter box, or signing up through the newsletter form, adds your email address to our mailing list. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to anything: the two are kept separate, and you can ask us to remove you from the list at any time.
Who else handles it
We do not sell your details or share them for marketing. Some suppliers necessarily handle the information in order for the website and our email to work: the company that hosts this website and the provider of our email service. They process it on our instructions, and we do not give them permission to use it for anything else.
Cookies and this browser
This site sets no tracking cookies. If you use the light and dark switch, that choice is saved in your own browser so the site remembers it next time. It stays on your device and is not sent to us.
Your choices
Write to connect@skpgroup.net to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, to have it deleted, or to be taken off the newsletter list. Tell us which it is and we will act on it.
